About Us
Erin O’Brien is a meeting and event planner extraordinaire, with over 14 years of industry experience. She has planned over 100 events, trade shows, conferences, conventions, board meetings, corporate retreats, training sessions and incentive trips. With a detail-oriented focus, she can help you find a meeting locale that will blow your attendees away, assist with the entire planning process from coffee to cocktails, manage your event onsite to ensure you look like a rockstar and help with all post-event logistics. A skilled negotiator, she will make sure your investment in the event is maximized, while also building warm, welcoming and productive relationships with her clients and vendors.
Erin lives in sunny St. Petersburg, FL with her rescue dog Archie where she can take advantage of being outdoors, on the water and exploring the many restaurants, cafes, wine bars, breweries, parks and galleries that St. Pete has to offer. A world-traveler, she has planned events from New Orleans to Las Vegas to Hawaii and traveled as far as Morocco and Japan. She is an avid Crossfitter, semi-pro home chef, foster dog mom and lover of mountains.
